Snowed in Again

On taking Murphy out for a quick walk this morning, I discovered that my car was completly snowed in. I guess after Adam so kindly dug it out from the unusally large amount of snow that fell yesterday, the small pickup plow must have come through in the night. Oh well what can you do... At least Adam and Michelle were treated to my first ever attempt at pork tenderloin last night. And I must say it turned out rather well. It was nice to have people over here instead of going out all the time, just proves that I can be a good hostess. Though I might think about getting a new bottle opener, as we had to use pliers and a screw to get the wine open. Necessity and wine drinking are the mother's of invention. Anyway, of course after complaining how badly I suck at my game, M. is all like, well show us what the trouble is. So here I am all prepared to die miseralby and be horribly embarrased, it's one thing telling people how much trouble something is and quite another to have to show them. But as luck would have it on this occassion I killed the boss without any problem. Might have been the wine... I just don't know. And I probably will never be able to repeat it. But that's okay, because spent this morning finishing the game... hear that... I finished the game... So A. you better hurry up and finish Prince of Persia... ;)

Anyway on a more serious side, I just got a call from my dad, telling me that my mom had to go into the hospital last night. I have been re-assured that she is alright, though anything to do with hospitals creeps me out. It seems that she is having some serious gallbadder problems and may have to have surgery this week. So I am sending out get well soon vibes and I love you vibes to my Mom today.

Damn, C, I'm sorry to hear about your Mom. I hope she's ok, and I will send get-well vibes her way as well.

As for PofP, Adam hasn't touched it in a few days, so maybe you could borrow it and he can play after you finish ;) - it's not a long game.

Anyways, I have a meeting tonight (and a ton of work to get done before it starts), but do you want to do coffee at the P A R K tomorrow maybe?
