So this is what I came home to this afternoon...click on picture to see some more... The plumber was called and it has gone from a clogged drain to something much worse... It is quite possible that the drain is not actually attached to the plumbing or at least not attached properly. It may only be draining into the ground or clay that has completely disengrated and now the water has nowhere to go but into my apartment. So now I am just trying to stem the tide of water inside with my handy-dandy steam vac. it has been doing a hell of a job. Hopefully the water won't seep as far as the electronics... or I might be re-arranging my apartment this week. Anyway... I have to go to bed, hopefully I won't have nightmares about water rushing in or anything. Night.

Is it awful that I think the pictures of your doorstep are kind of pretty though?
