Well mice anyway... So yesterday morning I woke up to the beautiful bitter cold that had continued over from Sunday to find out that there is a mouse in the house... probably more than one but anyway I diegress.... Now I have all of the food stuff that mice might find yummy hidden away in large tupperware bins, including Murphy's dog food. Of coures my landlords are blissfully unaware of the problem as they are in CUBA for 2 weeks... must be nice. While we all freeze our little tushes off and are attacked by little furry rodents, they are most likely relaxing on a beach with margaritas. All I have to say is BLAHHHHHHH......

THE CHUCKIT
So on Sunday Michelle, Adam and I took Murphy to the P A R K .... yes we went out in the frigid cold to try out Murphy's new toy... and of course take pictures of the event (which I hope to post some soon). Needless to say, Murphy loved it... it's his new favorite toy.... though he doesn't know the name of it yet, unlike Frisbee, but I'm sure sooner than later when one mentions the Chuckit Murphy will react as if you were saying B A L L or frisbee. He defenitly knows what it is to look at it.
Today (Tuesday) we all took Murphy out again, since the temperature decided to go back to something reasonable. By the time we got to the P A R K he had figured out that we had the chuckit and was jumping all over the place, and all over Adam then Michelle. I'm pretty sure we were out for about an hour... the only reason he stopped was because we managed to lose the ball. We even managed to take some more pictures of Murphy and me beside the ice rink (how Canadian is that?) before we left. He's now lying quietly, yes I said quietly, beside me while I'm typing... happiness is a tired dog. Unfortunately, we had a P A R K injury... on the walk home he seemed to be limping, at first I just thought that it was from all the salt on the sidewalk... but then I took a closer look and found that he had somehow sliced on of his pads on his left front paw. The same paw and the same pad as the broken nail incident. I blame myself... I haven't bought his booties yet and I should have... :( I guess all the more reason to go and get them for him.

Merry Early Chrismahakwanzakuh
So lets see, what have I been upto? On Friday, I went with Michelle and her friend Chris to get out legs waxed with Laura C. Michelle had never been waxed... but by the end we had her converted. I got a full leg and bikini line done, now my legs are nice and naked. Though with this weather, it might not have been the best time to take off that layer of hair. Oh well now I'm nice and smooth and we will be heading back in 4-6 weeks to do it all over again. Yeahhhh waxing. After getting waxed, Michelle and I made holiday chocolates. That was fun... mmmmmmm yummy yummy chocolates. They were definitly a hit at the Pub last night. On Saturday I managed to get all my Xmas gifts wrapped... I just need some pictures of Murphy and me and then I will be completely ready for next week. In the eveing I went to Michelle and Adam's and we did our Xmas present opening.. It was pretty exciting, expecially since we had managed to completely suprise Adam. Michelle decided to get all us to help chip in so that she could be the bestest geek girlfriend ever. She got Adam an IRiver mp3 + alotta other crap player... it's really cool and Adam was taking full advantage of his geekiness at the pub last night. I got Michelle the orginal stop anamation Rudolph the Red Nose Raindeer, which she promtly put on. Michell and Adam got me a really neat book/mock journal of Egypt, and a chuckit for Murphy - which we will be trying out this afternoon. I haven't let Murphy see it yet because he knows what they are and he would freak out... I'm still trying to figure out how I'm going to get to the P A R K with it without being mauled(not in a bad way) by my dog. Anyway lots of presents - Michelle got realy cool shredder and TLOR's Extended version , Meredith got the West Wing and Eric got a Ms. Pac Man game. We almost didn't make it out to the Pub. Way too many cool things to play with.
We eventually made it out and had a great evening of beer drinking. Lots of people came out which always makes things much more fun. By the end of the night we were all quoting Invader Zim - "invasion goo" and "I like to destroy things" seemed to be the favourites, but having to obey the pants was pretty popular too.... I love Grr.....
Oh boy it's time to get ready to head out to the park with Murphy and his new toy... hopefully we won't freeze to death.

No More Exams...
Well at least until the spring...
It was kinda of nice yesterday because I was able to leave work at noon. So I came home and had lunch then went to the P A R K with Murphy and met Michelle there, she brought the coffee and was totally underdressed for the weather... of course I wasn't all that well prepared either... I hate to admit that it's time to wear hats.... good thing I had a hoody on. I then had a nap and had alittle extra time to read over my study notes for my exam. My exam only took 45 minutes, I was home by 8. It consisted of only 50 questions... I was expecting at least 100. Oh well, I think that I did alright - possibly 40 out 50. Now that it is done I can relax and waste my time as I see fit. Like going and having legs waxed, shopping and making chocolates with Michelle. And of course Pub night... mmmmm drinks......

Wipers Part II...
My new wipers are amazing!!!!! I am sooooo happy..... they clean my windshield without so much as a streak... which is a vast improvement over my old wipers, that just smeared everything all over the place. Made for some very interesting driving on the 404 at times. But now I don't have that problem any more.
Blahhhhh it's tooooo early.... I think I need more coffee.

Wipers, Wipers, Wipers
I got new windshield wipers last night... I was sooooo excited. I have wanted new ones for awhile now and finally I have some. Taking a reconmendation from Adam on how well his new wipers worked during yesterdays very crappy weather, I purshased a set for my 'lil Kia. After a bit of confusion (and some very strange looks from people in the underground parking at work) on the part of the destructions, which no matter what anyone else says, said that my style of wiper arm needed to use the 'attachment'... anyway... they don't... so now I have nice new wipers on my car. I wonder if I'll be able to try them out on the way home from work.
